Our Process
We understand how stressful and confusing getting in an auto collision can be. We want to help you make the collision repair process simpler. Please contact our shop and we will guide you through the process.
1. Basic Information
First we will just need some basic insurance information from you, including insurance company, the claim number, and if you have an insurance contact for the auto claim.
2. Damage Report
Once we have the basic information we will take photos of the damage to your vehicle and give your insurance company a call and send them over a copy of our estimate and the photos, if you'd like us to. We will give you a copy of the repair estimate when you stop in with your car and explain to you what we will need to do to get your car back to new!
3. Insurance Approval
When the insurance company approves the repairs, we will call you and order any parts necessary and get your vehicle scheduled in for repairs.
*The insurance company will typically issue the check to your home. When you come to pick up your car, you will just need the insurance check with you and sign the back of the check with all names that are on the front of the insurance check.
4. Rental
Pick-Up
If a rental is needed, we will call our local Enterprise and set up a convenient date and time for your rental. Enterprise will pick you up at our shop when you drop off your vehicle for repairs and take you to get your rental vehicle at their location.
*If your vehicle is not drivable; please call our 24/7 towing company, R-Line Towing and they will tow your car directly to our shop.
5. Repair
We will repair your vehicle and update you if there is any supplemental damage found. Let us know how often you prefer to be updated. Also, you can call us anytime to find out the status on your vehicle.
6. All Fixed
Finally, we will call you when your car is finished and ready to get back on the road! If you are in a rental, you may leave the rental here when you pick up your car and we will call Enterprise and they will come pick it up.
